Clinical Director/Senior Speech Therapist (Full or Part Time)

 

Job Scope:

 

  • Conduct standardised assessment and intervention for individuals and groups for children with a range of disabilities such as SLD, ASD, GDD, etc
  • Assist in planning and training of the community programs for parents and therapists in Asia
  • For Principal ST, you will provide leadership in enhancing clinical practices and also supervise other ST
  • Remuneration: Attractive salary with bonus & incentives based on individual and team contribution

 

Requirements:

 

  • Full Registration with AHPC
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology, Masters in SLP preferred
  • Preference for minimum 2yrs experience for ST, 5yrs or more for Principal ST in a paediatric setting
  • Experience in assessment & group intervention program
  • Certification in Hanen Speech Programs (It Takes Two to Talk, More than Words), PROMPT, PECS, SOS, AAC will be an advantage.
  • Able to project patience, love, passion, & commitment in the education of & nurture of young children and support the empowerment of families.
  • Open to travel and training in Asia

 

 

Principal/Senior/Junior Occupational Therapist (Full or Part Time)

 

Job Scope:

 

  • Conduct standardised assessment and intervention for individuals and groups for children with a range of disabilities such as ASD, ADHD, GDD, CP, SPD, etc
  • Assist in planning and training of the community programs for parents and therapists in Asia.
  • Provide individual and group occupational therapy
  • Remuneration: Attractive salary with bonus & incentives based on individual and team contribution

 

Requirements:

 

  • Full or Partial Registration with AHPC
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from a WFOT recognized university, supervision will be provided
  • Minimum 2 or more years of relevant working experience in a paediatric setting, for Senior/Principal positions, a minimum 5 or more years experience is required
  • Experience in assessment & group intervention
  • Experience in Sensory Integration will be an asset.
  • Good team player in a multidisciplinary team, mature, creative and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to project patience, love, passion to families
  • Open to travel and training in Asia

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Fresh GCE “A” Level graduate or undergraduate in Polytechnic or University
  • Fresh graduate and currently pursuing a Diploma in Polytechnics or Degree in Universities will be considered if they are seeking a career and training in the special education, psychology or social services sector
  • Must be respectful and sensitive towards the clients
  • must be open-minded and wiling to learn and explore new things
  • Experience teaching young children in a small group (4-6 kids) or classroom setting in a preschool / early childhood or enrichment center is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the teachers during lessons, supervising the children in areas of feeding, grooming, toilet training and/or other daily living skills training sessions
  • Assist in managing the children’s behavior using appropriate behavior management techniques
  • Ensure safe arrival and departure of the children to the classroom
  • Clerical duties associated with classroom activities, as well as the preparation of materials for classroom teaching.
  • Maintain good rapport with the teachers, parents/caregivers and other staff members.
  • May attend meetings and contribute positively and actively and support school events/ initiatives within school hours or otherwise.

 

Availability : Immediate

 

Period of Internship: minimum 10-12 weeks (anything less will not be considered)
