STEP-UP Programme
STEP-UP Programme Skills Training for Everyday Productivity “Building Abilities for Real Opportunities” The OTDC STEP-UP Programme is a specialised life-skills and pre-vocational training pathway designed for neurodivergent teens and adults. Through structured routines, hands-on work activities, digital learning opportunities, and community aligned skill development, STEP-UP empowers individuals to build meaningful independence, confidence, and readiness for real-world opportunities. Each participant begins with a comprehensive screening, determining their current level of independence across five Competency Levels (Level 1: requires constant supervision → Level 5: emerging independence, problem-solving, and adaptive skills). Training tasks are then personalised to their strengths and learning readiness, ensuring progress without overwhelming the student.
